A relaxing holiday destination with no early starts other than on the final day. All the excursions were good and interesting which was a necessity as there was nothing to do in the vicinity of the hotel.

The hotel is large (900 guests at any one time) and consequently noisy in the public areas. Despite the numbers there was plenty of food and many choices, even vegies would struggle to complain. Although there are indoor and outdoor pools together with safe sea bathing there is little else to keep you occupied if you do not do excursions. It is also remote and if it was not for the good company evenings would have been boring. A shuttle bus runs 3 times a day to Famagusta but you have to be up early to book a seat ( a consequence of the large number of guests) and there is a small charge.

We were fortunate in having an extremely good Tour Manager (Kim) and Local Guide (Guli, she is a Liverpool supporter).

We actually spotted a cloud one day and with temperatures in the region of 28 degrees and low humidity it was very pleasant.

Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

Thanks for the review and good to know that you enjoyed it. It was one that I did consider but went for Cilento Coast in the end.
