Hi, fellow travellers. The trip to Switzerland was very enjoyable with Paul the tour manager. He solved problems cool and calm , which makes it more fun ,with a humour .Hotel rooms are clean and have a good view , have frequent change of linen and staffs are friendly and helpful.Could not ask for more, Dont forget you are in Switzerland , dont expect fish and chips and mushy peas. Will book more trips in the near future. shirley
