Hi,My wife,myself and 4 friends have just returned from a fantastic holiday in the USA. The holiday didn`t get off to a good start with trouble at Heathrow Airport,which had nothing to do with Travelsphere.On our arrival at LAX Airport we were met by Ian Haywood our tour director.Thanks to his unstinting commitment,over the next few days,all our problems were solved amicably.The verve and passion that Ian showed during the tour made this a very unforgetable holiday.His description of landscapes and places of interest was so enthusiastic that it made the tour all that more interesting and enjoyable.Ian: Thanks for your company and making our holiday an experience we will never forget.
