I went on the America's Golden West holiday in November and can understand why people's views diverged so widely. I travelled from Manchester and can confirm that there was no Executive lounge available. This wasn't a major issue for me, certainly not compared with the problems we faced in Chicago. There was a connection window of about 100 minutes to catch the onward flight, which just isn't enough. On the journey out there, two people travelling with Just You missed the connecting flight to San Francisco as they were held up by immigration and security controls, which are very stringent and time consuming. Fortunately they were able to get a flight only a couple of hours later, but their holiday got off to a stressful start. On the journey back, the plane from Las Vegas to Chicago was two hours late taking off, so everyone missed the flight to Manchester. Just You paid for an overnight stay in a hotel, but it was a real hassle for everyone affected.
