Hi there, I am due to go on the Costa De La Luz break on 10th May 22, and was wondering when I will receive the final payment request. My paperwork shows that payment is due by the 15th March 22, but as yet I have not received any reminder. I have been with JY before, and seem to recall being sent an email requesting final payment. Can you please advise if/when the reminder might be sent? Thanks

We are pleased to confirm that at this stage, your holiday is due to operate and a reminder will be sent approximately a week prior to the balance due date on 15th March 22. .
