I originally posted this under 'Say hello' and thought it had perhaps been overlooked as not really in the right place so I have re-posted here.

Looking at the hotel details it would appear that all the Cinnamon hotels provide tea/coffee making facilities.  The only one that is not clear is The Blackpool albeit we are only there for 1 night.  Are you able to advise if they will be provided at this hotel?

Also will the TM be travelling with the group from Heathrow?

Apologies - I did see this and would have put money on that I'd answered it. I must have closed the window before publishing the response.

It appears that the Blackpool does have tea/coffee making facilities. And at the moment, yes, it looks like the Tour Manager is travelling out with the group.
