Just a minor point but I had an email a couple of days ago from you saying my Calabria holiday was 15 weeks away and updating my travel arrangements. When I booked back in Sept 2018 my flight out was 0630hrs and return home by 1305hrs. Email states change of flight out now 0800hrs and return by 1435hrs. May trip is 0915hrs and return by 1550hrs found when I checked website today (the other 3 trips however are as stated in the email). I know you have enough to think about but may be worth mentioning to the flight team. The only reason I brought this up is I travel to the Airport by train and in order to get a good price ticket I can buy them from 12 weeks prior to departure. However they are often for a specific train at that price. Whilst I appreciate Flights can be delayed etc I would have been starting from the wrong point. That would appear to be a generic email one size fits all without allowing for any possible single trip changes. Sorry if that's a bit of a ramble and I know that if i'd booked this month the website would have given me the May flight times but you do say book early for best prices etc and I assume the email wouldn't have been different.

I think it is the Airlines who change the flight times and not Just You. This can be inconvenient when you have to book public transport to get to the airport, especially when you want to get good price train tickets which always have conditions attached to them. Once I missed my coach back to Luton by only a couple of minutes as the return flight was delayed and I was charged £12 extra on top of what I had already paid. Few years back you only had to pay an extra £5 if you missed your coach. I have now decided to use private taxi to and from the airport despite the cost as there will be no waiting around for the coach!
