Hi,  delighted to receive new book but disappointed that Europe has been excluded.  Have looked on the web site but cannot find any new European destinations.  Wondered whether I am missing something please? Also wondering whether this is because of Brexit uncertainties.  Thank you.

We sent our January brochure to you based on the holidays that you’ve have previously been interested in booking with us, so it’s more tailored to you.

It’s also part of our commitment to reduce paper and be more environmentally friendly when sending out our brochures.

We can of course send you the other brochure if you would like? Or you can download it from our website 🙂

I have sent a post that hasn't yet appeared about why I received the Europe collection only.  Since my last holiday was to Cambodia, Laos & Vietnam and previous ones were also long haul,  I fail to see why I haven't received the worldwide brochure.

How odd that JY are sending out brochures tailored to its travellers. I visit Europe and Worldwide but have only received a Worldwide brochure, so not correct tailoring for me.

Also, I see that JY "...are committed to reducing our environmental impact, so we no longer use plastic wrapping for our brochures". My brochure arrived in plastic!

Hi Vickie,

Sorry Vickie but the computer programme does not seem to be working properly. 2 out of my last 3 holidays (and 10 of the 20 I've been on) have been outside Europe but I have only received the Europe brochure.

Could you please send me the worldwide edition.

Thanks  Vickie, but,  I have not been outside of Europe with JY for about 4 years!  I have looked on the website and cannot find any new Europe holidays so yes please I would appreciate it if you will, please, send me a new Europe book.  Also not yet received appraisal form for my recent fantastic pc  New Year holiday.  Many thanks

I also only received one brochure, the Europe one.  As I went to India with JY last February, I don't think your system is up to much.  +The JY holiday I'm currently the most interested in, is the Galapagos trip.  After all the BBC2 programmes earlier this month, Attenborough documentary + another series, it looks absolutely amazing - although the Chile/Easter Island trip is also on the wish list.

Could you please arrange for the other brochure to be sent to me as well.

I received a Worldwide brochure recently and was unaware that there was a new Europe brochure as well. The previous one I received last year in the green livery was Europe and Worldwide for 2018/2019 and I assumed there were no new European holidays. Please send me a new Europe brochure as I do both 'destinations.

I shall be going to the Destinations-Travel Show at Olympia again as there is a presentation on the Galapagos islands and may be attending on Saturday also.

I'm not an avid reader of forum posts so have only just caught up on this one. Like others I have only received the European brochure.  I had been waiting for the new brochure to come out before I booked my next holiday so was really disappointed when it dropped through the door, I didn't know there was a seperate Worldwide brochure.

To say the brochures sent out were based on holidays we've previously been interested in, so it's more tailored to us, has got to be incorrect.   I have been holidaying with JY since 2005 and to the best of my recall I have only had 4 European holidays in that time, all the others have been long haul, so how exactly is the European brochure tailor made for my requirements?  And like Sylvia's my brochure also came in a plastic wrapper. I'm not blaming you for this, you can only tell us what you've been told.

So Vickie, could you please arrange for me to have a Worldwide brochure and at the same time maybe suggest that those concerned in sending out brochures get their act together.

Sorry, Vickie, but although on 16th Jan you promised me a European book it still has not arrived!!!! 

Other companies are sending books with tempting offers, my loyalty is being questioned.
