Read the comments in the first set of posts. I took £250 Singapore dollars and £700 NZ dollars. Paid all the excursions here in England. Used the money for all the extras and food where needed. Took extra Singapore dollars as I knew that I was going to the Hard Rock Cafe. Extras included taxis, Metro, Chinese meal, Gardens on the Bay and Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore. In New Zealand, I went up the Sky Tower, some took the ferries over to the Islands, Auckland. Omarama was dinner that evening, found a wonderful craft shop in Arrowtown and Queenstown was just wonderful. Milford Sound- some people took the plane home as they did not want to do the 4 hour bus trip. Could not go on the helicopter trip at Franz Joseph due to low cloud. Used my credit card once for NZ$ 425 for the flight around Mount Cook. Not allowed to pay cash or use debit card. We had 6 hours at Changi Airport on the way home so spent what little I had there.
