Hello Julia et al . Trust you are well . I have booked Royal Kingdom of Greek Macedonia departing 11/6/18 . My invoice date confirming the booking is 3/1/18 . I now notice in the new JY brochure that guaranteed loyalty benefits have been introduced for returning travellers who have re booked another JY holiday within 6 months of their last holiday . I was on the JY Cilento Cooast holiday from 2 to 9 July 2017 , so presumably qualify for these benefits ? This was not mentioned to me at the time I booked my 2018 Greek trip . I have read the booking criteria in your new brochure and meet the requirements for a loyalty discount . Please could you clarify the position & confirm what loyalty benefit I am entitled to ?
