I am going on the above holiday and received my document wallet and JY luggage tags a few days ago with a letter stating my travel details had been e-mailed to me. I have so far had no e-mail from you containing my final travel details, please could you advise me when I am likely to receive them?

I would also like to mention that I can't see the point of being posted a document wallet containing only luggage tags and a letter, I'd rather either not receive this at all, or receive it with my final travel details included as well, as surely it would cost the same postage anyway. 

Could you also let me know how many are on this tour (with age range and male/female ratio), and the tour manager's name and whether they will be flying from Gatwick with the group or meeting us out there.

Thank you for your feedback - I have emailed you back answering your query.

I can tell you that for the 19th September trip 25 travellers are booked. 4 are males and 21 are females. The age ranges from mid 40s - early 80s.

The Tour Manager will be Rosemarie Engelmann who will be flying with the group from Gatwick.

I've just called and the documents had been e-mailed to a slightly incorrect address. This has been rectified now and I have received my final documents.
