I e-mailed this morning but have so far had no response to my query.
I am booked on the Spirit of India tour departing on 6th February and have been trying to pick my Premium Economy seats with Virgin Atlantic but it is not allowing me to do this as my booking is showing up as an Economy tickets.
I was hoping to pick a seat for my journey, but notice there are now no available seats showing for the outbound flight, and only 5 for the return flight. Does this mean Virgin Atlantic have allocated me my seats? I was hoping with upgrading I would have some choice of seat.
Do I now just assume when I turn up at the airport I will be given my boarding pass or will I be allowed to print them off myself, if so, do you know what seat numbers I have been allocated?
I must admit, after paying over £4000 for a holiday, I did not expect to be doing most of the work myself, but I would appreciate a speedy response to my query so I may at least have some choice of seat for my return journey.
