When I enquired about the holiday last week by telephone

the telephone booking advisor was stressing that very few places were left only 4 I believe she stated . She even called me back saying more places had gone. It was at that point I nervously made my booking (first trip alone)

I feel this is a unnecessary and misleading sales tactic. I am now anxious the trip will even go ahead. It is a very important trip for me. I regret asking now. I only did as was curious to see if now fully booked and the ages of others travelling

Some reassurance would be nice please

This isn't the level of service we wish our customers to experience and it has been escalated to manager level.

In the meantime as already advised in a different post, this specific date has reached 7 people (and there is so much more time still) and it has been cleared to operate.

This means you can start relaxing and looking forward to your Christmas Just You adventure.
