Bosuncat and myself are looking at this holiday for next year and would like to know what the variety of optional excursions are, referred to in the holiday description.

This year we have offered optional excursions such as; a tour to Agrigento and Piazza Armerina, a full day tour of Segesta and Erice and tour of Unknown Sicily.

I can't guarantee they will be the same for next year, but I hope this gives you an idea.

Hi Caroline,

I have list of our optional excursions for you:

Day 3 – optional full day to Agrigento and Piazza Armerina

Day 6 – optional full day to Segesta and Erice

Day 7 – optional full day “Unknown Sicily” excursion to Gibilmanna, Castelbuono and Gangi

Unfortunately I still don't know the cost involved as I decided not to do this tour this year.

I think the big thing for me with this trip is being able to go from Heathrow (not Gatwick!).

I haven't been to Sicily for many years.  It was Cefalu where I developed my taste for charcoal grilled swordfish.  I hope I can get it in Cavtat! 😛
