There will indeed be a representative to meet you at the airport.
In the UK, make sure that you have your luggage labels on your suitcase so that our UK rep will be able to spot you - it's also a great way to spot your fellow travellers (at the moment it looks like there are 8 of you flying from Manchester). And then on arrival in Chicago, there will be a representative to meet and greet you from your flight.
