I've booked to go to Iceland on 13th March (yippee, can't wait!). Could you please tell me if the optional excursions are pre-bookable in the UK or do we have to book when we are in Iceland and if so are they paid for in Icelandic money or sterling?

When I did this trip earlier this year they were pre-bookable only. I would definitely recommend doing all of them.

I have had a response from the overseas team and they have advised me that the excursions are pre-bookable only. If you want to do the optional excursions you will have to book them at least 5 days before you depart.
