Is the a glitch in the system for sending out paperwork, for my last trip the paperwork never arrived before I travelled (I managed to get it by e-mail), on my return I booked my next trip and was told to expect the paperwork in a few days and a few days later a just you envelope arrived but it contained the missing paperwork for my last trip, the paperwork for my next trip has yet to arrive.

Just wondered if the system is sending out the previous paperwork for me.
