Am I right in assuming this is a new holiday or have you done anything similar before?

We do tend to advise against booking extras independently until the holiday has been confirmed in case we are unable to operate the holiday on a given date. At the moment there are 6 travellers booked on this date and the team are generally feeling quite positive about it, but it has not yet been given the green light.

In terms of it being a new holiday, we launched this holiday in 2014 and at the time the brochure went to print had a Feefo rating of 92%. If you haven't come across Feefo before, they are an independent online review site where our travellers are encouraged to rate their Just You experiences.

The brochure I have doesn't include a Feefo rating, hence my assumption. This rating confirms reports on trip advisor so very helpful.

Ideally the team would like between 12-15 travellers booked for it to operate. The team try to confirm tours as soon as possible but at the latest it would be around 12 weeks before departure (so before your final balance is due). If you give me the occasional nudge I will happily give you an update on the numbers.

It sounds like you have an out of date brochure - I'll arrange for a new copy to be sent out to you.

Thanks Julia, that sounds hopeful. Can I ask you again in a couple of weeks, please? If this doesn't go ahead, there's only one other holiday I would consider which goes a week earlier and am concerned this may sell out .
