Hi Julia,

Could I enquire about bookings received, together with m/f ratio and age, for the following tours please?

Big Texan Adventure departing 14th April and 5th May 2015.

Highlights of Peru departing 25th August 2015.

I also have some questions regarding the validity of my current USA ESTA which expires on 14th May 2015. Would it be valid for the earlier of the 2 Texas dates or does there need to be a specific time period (which would exceed the 14th May) remaining on the document once I return to UK?

In addition, would it be valid for the 2nd date as it won't have expired on my entry to USA? I'm assuming it wouldn't be valid as it would expire 2 days before my return flight to UK, but thought I'd confirm all the same.

Many thanks for your help on this.

Cheers

Mike

Hi Mike,

I can indeed give you most of these...

Big Texan Adventure (14th April) there are currently 12 travellers booked on this tour with it being a 50/50 m/f split and the group is made up of travellers aged from early-40s through to mid-70s. The 5th May date has been cancelled.

Highlights of Peru currently has no travellers booked for this date.

In terms of the ESTA - the following has been taken from the US Embassy website - which certainly relates to your query.

Q: My travel authorization is valid for travel to the United States but will expire before I depart the US. Do I need to apply for a new one before my trip?

A: No. ESTA travel authorization needs only to be valid upon arrival in the United States.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Thanks for asking the question Mike, and thanks Julia for the info.

I'm one of those going on the Big Texan Adventure 14th April Mike, thought I'd probably be the youngest but as I'm mid 40s maybe not, unless Julia was being kind

Well CowboyUK,

I'd like to think that I'm always kind. But, on this occasion, I can confirm that you are not the youngest on this trip.

Kindest regards,

Julia

Hi Mick just looked up the hotel JY use on your Walking in Tuscany trip as I was very interested in the tour but perhaps it would be a very good idea if you eat lots before you go or check out the local restaurants!!
