You have been very prompt in answering questions over the last couple of days, and I don't want to sound ungrateful but I'm just a bit concerned -where's Julia gone??

Hopefully she's just on holidays or off for a few days, but the description under your name says "Interim Editor" so I was wondering what the story was. Julia has been doing a brilliant job on the forum over the last few months and we don't want to lose her!

Spill the beans which tour did you go on, was this an undercover operation? Did you have FUN!

I went on the Croatia's Istrian Coast holiday - and it was a holiday so no undercover ops on this occasion.

I had a wonderful time - Croatia has been on my "to visit" list for some time and I found it to be such a stunning destination. My holiday was only enhanced by the group - there were some cracking people, so friendly and I haven't laughed so much in ages!

As for a review - I try to encourage members to write a review and share their stories when they return so I should really lead by example and write something too..... I just need to catch up with a few emails first!

As a fellow traveller on your recent Croatian holiday may I say what a pleasure it was to meet you and to put a face to the name on here. I am also relieved to read such a positive review from you about your travelling companions(!) and look forward to your full review.

As with other JY trips I've been on, this group featured a wide age range but everyone got on well and, despite the understandable concerns of others on various threads on here, it really makes no difference whatsoever.

Despite the occasional rain, this was a great trip which I thoroughly recommend to others who may be considering it. Tour Manager Vladka took us to some stunning locations, for me personally the two highlights were the Postojna Caves and Plitvice Lakes.
