No problem Ben, basically the question was about the return flight times to Gatwick on the Calabria holiday on the 20th July. I have already booked (ref A260683 ) and on my confirmation invoice the arrival time at Gatwick is 10 20pm. But on an earlier messge, someone from JY expalined that there is an error in the brochure and the flight is actually due back at Gatwick in the afternoon. I really would appreciate having clarification as it will affect the arrangements I make to get to Gatwick. To be honest, I almost didn't consider booking the holiday as it is too much hassle to get from Manchester to Gatwick but I was so taken with the new holiday that I decided to book a flight through JY down to Gatwick, even though the late return journey meant I also need to book a hotel room. Obviously now that BA are no longer running that flight, I need to plan alternative arrangements (possibly train, fly to Heathrow or drive) and it is vital that I have accurate info on the flight times before I can do that - an earlier return might mean that I can avoid an overnight hotel stay.
At the same time, I am surprised that no one from JY has contacted me to discuss the BA situation as so far, they have added the cost to my invoice but changes need to be made. I would like to know what JY are doing to help customers who have booked the flight from Manchester to Gatwick who will need to mke alternative arrangements. At the moment, I am not sure what to do and am even considering having to cancel my booking.
