I still haven't received a reply to my question regarding the fact that Just You are still showing the same hotels in Prague, Vienna and Budapest despite a number of complaints that have been made about these hotels. Do you intend changing these hotels and if so which ones will you be using.

Sorry, I have been away to Spain for two weeks, I can now confirm however that we are in process of changing the hotels we use in Vienna & Prague for next year. Budapest appears to do well and continue to receive good feedback so I believe we're leaving that but changing the other two.

Thanks Ben, it is good to know that Just You listen to travellers comments. I will now consider this destination once I know which hotels are being used.

I've just been reading the reviews of the Prague, Vienna & Budapest tour, having been considering going in Spring this year. However, I must admit to being rather put off by all the comments. Much as I enjoyed Faulty Towers the show, I can't say I actually want to live it!!

I see your last post was in October last year, so can you tell me whether hotels have now been changed - and checked?!

Thanks for getting in touch, the hotels have now changed for Prague and Vienna in response to customer feedback, Budapest remains the same as feedback continued to be good about this particular hotel.
