On my computer, the last threads posted were on 14th September - nothing since. Is the problem at JY's end or mine?

Apologies to everyone on the forum, Ben has been on holiday and he had sent me an email asking me to keep an eye on it, which I missed, I am currently trying to get through the backlog of messages, hopefully you will see yours soon, Sally-Anne

Had the same problem so phoned JY today and now seems to be working again. Seems that a phone call was all that was needed.
