I am at work at the moment and can log into the forum with no problems but if I try on my computer at home it comes up with "error 413 request entity too large". Could you just tell me if the problem is at your end or is it my computer? Thank you. :huh:

I can confirm that our systems are all operating correctly, I have a had a look at the error and several websites advise contacting your internet service providers help line for more information.

I have this problem on my work PC and I have to use Google Chrome to get Just You. Try this if you haven't already.

I've had exactly the same problem when using Firefox web browser. If you use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome you should be able to access the forum with no problem.

As you know I am having problems with the error message too. This appears to be a serious problem which is blocking out lots of users and potential JY customers on their home PCs. Come on JY sort the problem out once and for all. (Incidentally, I use Google at work and at home, but get blocked out at home and only on the JY site.)
