I am booked on the 17th Sep trip to Vietnam and Cambodia Ref A227306 I see we have a 6 hour stop in Kuala Lumpur on 3rd Oct on way back. I wondered if it would be OK for me to leave the group for a few hours as my son will be at the airport at that time and I don't get to see him often so it would be wonderful to spend time with him. Would this be possible as I believe the group may be going off into Kuala Lumpur on a coach trip. I want to make arrangements with him before I leave UK if possible. He has been twice to Vietnam and says it is wonderful and I will love it. Tricia

Good morning,

Sorry for the delay in replying, I have been making inquiries for you regarding your question above. Our operations team have said that they don't see this being a problem, as long as you are back in time for your flight back to the UK. It has been requested that you make your intentions known to your Tour Manager in good time but other than that it's fine to do so.

Hi Ben, I'm booked on this tour for next Feb (Vietnam and Cambodia) and after reading the above post I'm just wondering if the coach tour around KL is offered on all tours as it would be wonderful to see a little of this great city and round off what should be an amazing holiday!

Hi Ben I posted a question on this thread a few days ago, but it hasn't appeared! I'm wondering do all Vietnam/Cambodia tours offer a city tour to Kuala Lumper on the way back? I'm booked on this tour for next Feb and would love to do it!

Sorry for the delay, I am waiting on a response from our operations team regarding your query. The Kuala Lumpur city tour isn't brochured in the current brochure, I am unsure as to where the information above has come from, I need to make more inquiries!

hi Bob,

Have already told you I am doing the same trip as you. When I booked I was told that we would be offered a trip in Kuala Lumpur as we had a long wait at the airport but that it had to be booked prior to the holiday. Hope that information is correct as I do not want a long stay at the airport and as you said it would be a good way to finish our holiday.

😉 Hi Bob the info about the Kuala trip comes attatched to the payment receipt I booked mine when I received this Hope this helps :thumbup:
