Hi Ben,

I phoned up Just You on Friday afternoon,and got through to a Travelsphere operater.She gave me the new Just You phone number,and also delt with two requsts at the time.

One was to put me down for low floor on this trip,and second to book the 36 pound National Express offer.She did this on the phone,including taking the amount of my debit card.

I told it was best to email me the voucher number,and she said I get that the same evening.

Its now Saturday evening,and still no reply.Is it possible you can look into this for me Ben.Many Thanks :thumbup:

If not,what do you suggest,as its getting very near my trip now and still got to get my coaches sorted out.I was going to phone up again,but thought it best I ask you incase I get sent two voucher numbers together or charged again on my debit card.
