Please could you tell me when I can expect to receive a statement to show that I have paid the final amount, plus other information on this holiday. I paid 2 weeks ago and I have had nothing at all from you.

Do you know yet who the tour guide is? What is the split by gender and age group of those booked on the holiday?

I have just checked with our Customer Services department. I have requested a replacement invoice for you, this will be sent out today. I also checked on your booking history and your final info was sent out on the 13th Aug so you will get this soon if not today,
