I was getting slightly concerned. I sent my passport off to get visas added for Vietnam/Cambodia on September 17th. I did get an email from JY to say they it had been received on 10th July and would be back with me within 28 days.

This has been sent to me from our Visa team -

Looking at the history on the booking the clients passport is currently at the Cambodian embassy and is due back to the office approximately 13th August. The Vietnam visa has been processed already, all embassies are extremely busy at the moment. As soon as we get the passport back in the office it will be sent back to the client by special delivery. We will send either text to mobile or email to advise when it's being sent back as someone will need to be in to sign for it.

The Cambodian visa is only valid for 3 months so we can't apply for that until 12 weeks before the return date of the holiday. The clients can send them in now but we'll keep them until the date we start applying.
