I'm going to Andalucia on the 16th November, from East Midlands.

I hurt my back 5 weeks ago and still getting quite a bit of pain. I know there is still almost 12 weeks to go but I'm worried about being able to cope with my luggage at the airport as lifting is a real problem at the moment. I'm wondering if I just play safe and cancel.

Its my first time travelling alone, I havent travelled by air much at all so I'm not used to airports and asking strangers for help is very daunting to me.

I think it would be a shame to cancel as November is still a long way off and hopefully your back will be a lot better by then.

If you have a suitcase on wheels and you pack as light as possible, the lifting shouldn't be too much of a problem, and I'm sure there will be people around to help as well.

I hope you will still travel with us - I'm sure the holiday will do your back a lot of good.

Could you confirm whether or not there will be a JY rep at departure airports?

I am flying from East Midlands To Malaga in November.

i have just returned from Andalucia, Malaga airport had helpers to assist people with problems. You dont have to walk far to the meeting point then a lift takes you to the car park.

It will be a mistake to cancel early as it will be a very exciting time in a beautiful town and setting. If you have the same rep you can expect nothing but his full assistance, and he stays in the hotel during the week. I know you will enjoy yourself.

I'm not going to cancel. Think I was having a down spot as my back didnt seem to be getting better. But I've 9 weeks to go yet so hopefully It will be much improved by then.

Its just the case lifting thats worrying me...at check in and luggage collection etc.

Did you stay at the MRH Hotel in Mijas?

I've been reading some unpleasant things about it on here....Food not very good, staff unfriendly and unhelpful and dark rooms with no views.

I dont supoose there are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, save me taking my travel kettle etc??

As someone who has just returned, can you give me your honest opinion.
