They do spray the rooms late afternoon with some stuff, I never got bitten at the Ashnil, but got eaten to death at the 2nd hotel, it was a nightmare, but they love me, I did spray the room again myself, I did spray myself from head to toe, and I was under the mossy nets for sleep.

I would advise that you take the appropriate adapters for Kenya anyway. This information can be found on the back of the packaging in stores that stock adapters, boots have a good selection.
