hi I posted this question last week but it didn't get through for some reason so here goes again : I read a post on message board for this trip by someone travelling from Edniburgh ( I am travelling from Manchester) that she was meeting the others in the executive lounge at Heathrow prior to our flight to Bejiing but I have not had any communication about where to meet can you clarify this please ?

That information is correct - your holiday does include a pass to the executive lounge at Heathrow Terminal 3. You will receive more details in your final information, which should be sent out a few weeks before you are due to fly. It's a great way to start the holiday!
