Thanks for this Julia. On a totally different subject, the system tells me that I am currently registered as a standard user with limited access to communities function. I have entered the trip I am going on but it doesn't seem to have made any difference. Please could you check this out for me? Thanks

Hi Jan,

I've had a look at your account and although it had accepted your tour it hadn't upgraded your user status. I have done this manually for you and you should now have full use of the community. If you have any more issues, please let me know.
