Can you please advise I'm off to Costa Rica on the 9th Nov. going via Madrid. I'm also on the pre get together the night before. Flight departs at 7.25am. We are required to check in 2 hours prior to departure. But the hotel transfere service dosan't start untill 5.30am so we are unable to meet this deadline. Please advise

If you are going on a pre-tour get-together, the shuttle bus service should start at 4am. If for some reason that isn't running you'll need to book a taxi, which the hotel will be able to arrange for you. If you share a taxi with some other Just You travellers, it shouldn't cost you more than a pound or two.

Good news - I've looked into this further and found that the first Hoppa shuttle bus departs at around 4.40, not 5.30. The journey takes around 10-15 minutes, so you'll be at check-in with plenty of time to spare.

This transfer is complimentary, as you point out.

There seems to be a bit of a lack of communication within J.Y. The correspondance I recived said 5.30. This is not the first time I have recieved conflicting information. It dosan't instill a lot of confidance.
