I have just received my final documents for trip to Kenya on 3rd Nov. I am a bit concerned about connection times. My flight into Heathrow from Edinburgh lands at 15.50 & my flight to Kenya departs at 19.00. It says on documents to allow 3hrs to check in for Kenya. That only gives me 10 minutes to collect my luggage, change terminals, and check in. If my flight from Edinburgh is delayed for any reason then HELP!! What is the latest time i can actually check in for Kenya?

Also, there was no voucher/pass for executive lounge included in my pack.

I have spoken to our aviation team and they have informed me that check in closes 1 hour prior to departure, so this gives you a bit more time to arrive from Edinburgh and collect your luggage. They also mentioned that it is possible to check in upto 30 hours prior to departure online for this flight.

I have also chased your lounge pass and I can confirm that these are being sent to all customers today.
