I have two questons to ask.Is it possible you could find out what floors Im on for this trip,which Im doing on Aprill 14th.

Im claustrophobic so I dont use lifts.

Ive asked for low floor,but its always a worry.

I suppose its too early to find out yet,but I throught I ask.

Also Ive had a letter from JustYou mentioning an optional extra to the Opera in Prague for 60 pounds.

Someone who been last year on this trip,told me some wonderfull excursions he did-Strauss concert,Danbue river trip and musical fountain display.

Are these on my trip this year? Also how much do they cost?

I'm afraid I'm not able to tell you which floor you will be on but if you can let me know your booking reference I will certainly ask our holiday advisors to make a note of your request on your booking. This will mean that if any lower floor rooms are available, you will get one.

I will get back to you soon with more details on the optional excursions.

Unfortunately I'm not able to access information about our optional excursion programme at the moment. I'm looking into the problem but if you need an answer soon you should be able to find out more from our Holiday Advisors. You can reach them on 0800 567 7393.

Generally speaking, half-day tours are around £15-£20, 3/4-day tours are £20-£30 and full-day tours are £30-£50.

Sorry I not been in touch with the Ref Number of my trip,my paperwork is at my moms,so I will get it to you within the next week.

The one Im going on is from Aprill 14th 2010.

Also,I must ask-Im nevous I will not meet up with any others and end up going through customs in Prague by myself,which is daunting,esp as I am like it with customs etc by myself in this country.

I know I might see the one or two blue luggage tags,but Im worried I wont.

Normally I met travellers before in a hotel or executive lounge before flying.So Im more nevous this time round.

Nothing to worry about. You will be checked in at the UK airport by one of our reps, who should be able to point you in the direction of some of your fellow passengers.

As you say, you may also spot some luggage tags around the airport.

Perhaps some of your fellow passengers will see this message and get in touch? Or you could post another message on another page of this website - 'Get to know your fellow passengers before you fly'. It may be possible to arrange a meeting point with some of them in advance.
