Hi Olly

Just read in the paper last night that Alitalia are cancelling a 100 flights in the next month, will that change the flights we are going on for our trip to Sicily in December?

Hi Sue

At the time of writing there are no problems with your flights, but we're keeping a close eye on the situation, though, just in case. If flights do become an issue, we will get in touch to let you know about any changes.

It sounds like a fantastic trip!

Kind regards,

Olly, your new editor

Thanks Olly, cant wait to go to Sicily, never been there before, but looks a beautiful place. I expect it will be rather cold in December

Hi Sue

It probably won't be as cold as you might think. Sicily typically has a temperature of 10-18 degrees at that time of year, so it's likely to be a fair bit warmer than Britain!

Have a great trip,

That's great news, so I won't need my snow boots, hat, scarf, fun fur coat etc....lovely to hear it.

Hi Sue

It's probably best to take a warm coat and hat with you, just in case. Those figures are averages, so you never know...

You can probably manage without the snow boots, though!
