I am booked on the costa rica holiday departing Nov 9th with the pre get together the night before, can you tell me what hotel this will be at.Also is there any chance that the pre get together will be cancelled as my last one was. Because I will need to make alternative arrangements.

Your hotel for the pre-tour get-together will be the 3-star Comfort Inn at Heathrow.

We will of course let you know if anything changes but there is no reason to think that your get-together won't go ahead.

So far, 24 people have booked this trip and only one more place is available.

I'm afraid I don't have any information about the pre-holiday get-togethers other than where they are held.

I'm sure you'll have a great time on this trip. Costa Rica really is a beautiful country.
