I love walking and have booked this holiday. Living in Wales I'm used to hills and mountains but now I'm wondering if I've been too ambitious as maybe 5 hours of walking will be too much for me to tackle. Any advice about the walks please. Thanks Judith

Hi Judith

It sounds to me like you will be fine, as you love walking and are used to the hills of Wales. This tour does require a reasonable level of fitness but there are also plenty of opportunities to stop and rest along the way. None of our walking holidays are too physically demanding as the idea is that they should be fun, and my feeling is that this holiday will be just right for you. However, if you do have any serious concerns, I would urge you to talk to your GP.

I'm sure you will have a wonderful time.

Kind regards,

Olly, your editor

Hi Thanks for the information. I have no serious concerns and feel a lot more confident now I know there will be opportunities to stop and enjoy the countryside along the way.
