I did this tour back in April 2011 and I can remember it raining in Ronda, so take a waterproof or brolly. I cant remember too much about it as I was struggling to walk prior to my knee replacements. However, we all enjoyed it with the Alhambra being the highlight.
I can remember being excited and nervous in equal measures prior to my first JY tour back in 2005 but taking the step to travel "solo but together" was one of the best things I have ever done. Travelling with JY does become addictive.
If you haven't read it anywhere else make sure your JY luggage labels are visible-I put them on both hand and hold luggage. Other travellers will spot you at the airport or you will spot them and then you can make contact.
Once initial contact has been made with someone, whether it is a travel buddy,the rep at the airport or the Tour Manager all nervousness will disappear because you will be too busy making friends and chatting about the holiday
