I envy you.  I love Italy and have been to Verona.  If you get the opportunity I would suggest you visit the Nativity Exhibition in the Arena.  I was in there with a fellow traveller and they had to send someone in to get us out, we took so long.  If you go I suggest you have a torch, since some of the connecting passageways, although short, can be quite dark, and have very gently slopes.

The itinerary looks absolutely great- I am sire you are in for a good time.
