Hi, haven’t been on this actual holiday but stayed at the Britannia on a JY New Year holiday a couple of years ago and can’t remember anything awful. The dining room was very large and although we were in a separate room we had to walk the length of the main area to fetch food. Coffee and tea were available from a machine on a lower floor but that wasn’t difficult. Como is beautiful and I enjoyed the New Year festivities. Would go back to the hotel so it couldn’t have been so bad. There was a Shop next door that sold everything and the used to bring a selection into the hotel of an evening which was interesting. Go and enjoy.
