Have not done the JY trip but did the Secret Sicily tour with Travelsphere last year. It was a great tour and Sicily lived up to expectations. The excursions were excellent and gave an insight into the island's varied past. The JY trip has a different itinerary but does visit Palermo which I did not get to. If you have a look in the Review section you will probably find a recent BY review.
