Do you mean Jet Airways? I did the Spirit of India and flew Business Class with them, and am going again in a couple of weeks to Kerala with them. I found them excellent.

I have done both the Spirit of India and the Kerala trips and flew with Jet Airways on both occasions. Both were overnight flights and I found seats to be quite comfortable. I do not sleep on planes anyway so have never considered an upgrade. Also the price is often the equivalent of another holiday! Food on the flights was fine.
