Hi Paula,

I've been on a few holidays with JY and always have a good time but I'm always nervous until I meet some of the group.

Yes your right its just round the corner now.

I've just started to sort out some cloths I didn't realise it was so cold of a night.

Hi Kaz and Paula

Grateful if you could post a review on your return as I am planning this trip for next year and can't decide whether to go in October or November.

Have a fantastic time.

I think it's the getting to the airport and finding others that's worrying me the most - I'm not very good at walking into places on my own, always worry I won't find people. (Silly fear but hopefully this trip will go some way to breaking it) I know once I meet up with others I'll be ok. I think the plan will be head straight for the lounge and hopefully there will be people there.

I've got various piles of clothes going on, keep changing my mind what to take - I know I'll end up with more than I need. Layers is the plan.

Jaya - I'll do my best to post a useful review. ?

Hi Jaya,

Sally has just done an excellent review of the Kenya trip that she did last month. Hopefully this can help you decide!

Cheers,

Hils

Please try not to worry too much. The below link should help you with navigating through the airport:-

http://forum.justyou.co.uk/thread-56965.html

When you get to check in either a JY Rep or the Tour Manager will hopefully be there to see you. If not, keep an eagle eye out for the JY baggage tags, and make sure you have yours prominently placed on your hand luggage. Don't be surprised if a complete stranger approaches you and asks you if you are travelling with JY - that is part of the purpose of the labels. Equally if you see someone with a label go up and introduce yourself. It may seem an odd thing to do, but we do it on every holiday and it is the best way to find your fellow travellers. When you get to the lounge have a quick walk around before you sit down to see if you can spot any luggage tags. If you do - introduce yourself (to the owner not the bag!). By the time you board the plane you should have met most, if not all of your companions and be ready to start the adventure.

I really can't praise this trip enough - you will have a fantastic time. As Hils says, if you haven't already, have a look at my review.

Have a brilliant trip.

Hi Paula, I was going to say the same thing as sally. I've always met people in the lounge And have your luggage tag showing.

I'll look forward to seeing you in the lounge so our adventure can begin.

Thanks all for the advice.

I'm sure when I get to the airport excitement will take over the fear and I'll be ok.

Luggage tag will be being waved around!!! :-)

Yes looking forward to meeting you Karen (and everyone else)

The next two weeks are going to fly by.

Hi Hils

I have decided to do the Kenya trip next year - made up my mind after reading Sally's brilliant review. The plan for next year was to do the Costa Rica / Nicaragua trip in March and Sri Lanka later in the year. Now Sri Lanka has been put on the back burner. I will be book within a couple of weeks and start counting the days!

Enjoy Kerala when it comes and hope you like Mumbai too.

Jaya
