Hi Asti, thanks for that the blog is brilliant! What was the average age group on your trip?

I think most people were in their 60's. One thing I should have done was take decent walking boots and a walking stick. We were lucky as the weather was nice, but I would have struggled if the paths had been wet and slippy. The mix of walks and tours was ideal and I hope to do another JY walking trip (as long as they leave from Heathrow - less hassle to get to from Scotland!).
