I have written several comments over the past week with regards to the Russian review pasted below however none of the comments seem to appear. As this is the most likely holiday ill be taking in April, i wanted to know what the outcome was of the feedback about the poor tour guide and his/her lack of knowledge.

The question wasnt controversial or anything, i just wanted to know what had been done about it so i cant understand why it had disappeared.

As I'm not familiar with the ins and outs of the holiday I had been in contact with someone upstairs. I have just been forwarded various documentation which I hope will allow me to give you a full response to your question.
