I returned from the Texas/New Orleans trip on Monday 23rd Sept. We were told a questionnaire from Just You regarding our views on the holiday would be posted to us. So far no questionnaire! What has happened to it?

I hope you had an enjoyable trip.

We are experiencing some issues with the system that generates the questionnaires for our customers. I have a list of members I know have been affected by this as as soon as it is all fixed making sure that these customers receive a questionnaire from us. If you would like me to double check that you will be sent this when everything is up and running, please let me know your booking number and I will follow this up for you.
