I'm thinking about doing the Costa Brava trip for Christmas and New Year. Has anyone been on this trip before? I really want to know what sort of age group are likely to be on this holiday.

Thanks

Hi,

I considering the same trip, mainly because it covers both christmas and new year.

For the record I'm 54 and on the JY holidays I've done so far ages have ranged from late 20's to 80, usually a good mix. I'll add the majority seem to be in their 50's and 60's but i've found everyone gets on.

I've done only one christmas hol (last year) and found the average age was much higher than normal but that was a coach holiday and think that was more the reason than it been christmas, but not sure.

You could use the "ask the editor" part of this forum and Ben will tell you the age range booked so far.

Hiya! I booked this trip ages ago and am in my early sixties. I'm really looking forward to a livelier holiday season than I have at home where everyone seems to collapse too early in the evening for me! Anyone flying from Bristol?

Just seen your post Tobermorey. I will be flying from Bristol, first time I have ever come across anyone else on a solo holiday flying out of Bristol at the same time as me. Just booked my car parking.

I am frequently late to bed when on holiday, just come back from Lindos, Rhodes where 3am was the norm. Looking forward to being away over the festive season with like minded folk.
