Just go for it was what i did 2 years ago, doing my 6th JY holiday this month then another in October, you wont regret your decision.

I have booked my first singles holiday (aided and abetted by my daughter) and am travelling to Costa de La Luz from Birmingham on 25th September. It will be good to know that I am not on my own

Well done! You have picked a lovely destination. I did this trip on 22 May. The hotel is really nice right by the lovely beach. You will have a great time.

Maybe we will spot each other at the check in queue!? Don't know if we have designated seats on flight until tickets arrive. You never know, we may be sat next to each other!
