I am looking to get away sooner rather than later and need ideas of where to go etc. I have been away before on my own (once) but felt slightly apprehensive as others seem to know each other.

I enjoy male companionship as well as womens and i have a bubbly fun personality.

Have a look at whats out there and choose the holiday that suits you. I have now done 8 JY tours 6 very action packed and then Tuscany and Austria more gentle pace.

Sorry I am not a dancer so can't join you on that!!, but I am sure there are dancers out there. Have fun and enjoy the world is your oyster. If I can help with anything just ask

I think everyone that reads your posts on this forum, Will or can probably relate to your apprehension about going away on your own. It can be a little daunting no matter what age or sex you are. Especially if you have recently become single.

Just You have some very interesting Holidays and destinations & on the 14 tours that I have been on. Although I Am no Mr Bo Jangles ( forgive spelling ) There has always been the opportunity in the location where dancing is very possible and likely. From Salsa, Line dancing, Disco etc. And some other interesting stuff. Sometimes this has been in the hotels where we are being housed. Or a very short distance from the hotel, At another location. I have even had some dancing on a couple of occasions on an evening Lake cruise in Austria.

We all can also probably understand that some folk may well know. One another while on a specific trip. This is highly possible as many of us have made friendships on precisely these Just You Holidays. ThAt sometimes. Some may meet up at a certain destination. However we all have to start somewhere.

These are very good little holidays,, And you will not be left on your own unless you so wish. Which is also fine as, No pressure will be forced on anyone to do anything they wish not to do. Although you may have some encouragement from some Tour Managers lol.

I suggest you have a look on line or through the brochures, And select something. You will have a great time

Welcome to Just You community. Just pick a destination you always wanted to visit and book it. Please do not worry about anything as you will not be on your own when you travel with Just You. Everyone is in the same boat. Of course, I too was a bit nervous when I booked my first solo holiday with Just You, but once I was there I wondered why I wasted time feeling nervous as there was no need at all. I am going on my third Just You holiday on Tuesday and have booked Holyland for October. Go on, pick a destination you always wanted to visit and book it. You will have no regrets.

I recently took the plunge on a Discovery weekend and had a great time! Everyone was so friendly and the best thing there was dancing both nights! I too love to dance so was wondering about a New Year party weekend next - lots of dancing there lol
